TNA T-Shirts

Q :: Are your TNA T-Shirts UK or American Sizes?
A :: All TNA t-shirts are supplied directly from TNA in the USA, so the sizes are slightly larger than UK sizes.

Q :: Why do you not have a size chart on your t-shirt pages
A :: TNA tend to use different brands of t-shirts when they produce more shirts. So it is possible that the current stock will have a mixture of different branded shirts for the same design / size
 For example. AJ Styles "Gothic" T-shirt in Size medium may have some sotck Gildan Shirts and some on Fruit of the Loom

Q :: Are your items official TNA items?
A :: Absolutely, we stock only 100% genuine items from TNA directly.

Q :: The item looks slightly different from the picture on the site?
A :: Very rarely there is a slight difference in the TNA printing process, so the colour may differ occassionally, but as mentioned before, the shirts are the same as if you would have picked them up from TNA live in Orlando.

Autographed Items

Q :: Do your Autographed items come with a COA?
A :: The Items are from TNA directly who do not supply COA because it is their own goods


Q :: What Region are your dvds? Will they play on my DVD player?
A :: All DVDs except WWE are region 0, which means they will play on any DVD player, anywhere.
 However, British Wrestling Companies DVDs will be encoded in PAL, which means they may not play on NTSC (US, CANADA Customers) players, but will play on any PC or Laptop.

Wrestling Wear and Wrestling Attire

Q :: Are we able to return a wrestlewear order?
A :: The Items are custom made, so once the order has been started we are unable to cancel, accept returns or refund on the item unless it is a fault caused by the manufacturing process

Q :: Do you have any gear available straight away?
A :: There are Items ready made pieces of gear available in the store. Please note the sizes give are approximate and if made from Lycra, they will stretch considerably.

Q :: Can you make a copy of wrestler X's gear?
A :: Absolutely not. We will not made direct (or even very close) copies of established wrestlers gear, out of respect we will not infringe on people's likeness by creating gear that looks the same or even very close to their gear. Please be original and even if you are huge fan do not copy their gear exactly, it doesn't bode well for your future career.


Q :: What forms of payment do you accept
A :: We accept Paypal, Credit / Debit Card (Both on the site and over the phone) , Postal Order / Bankers Draft / Cheque either with covering note or complete the order on our site and select print order form as the payment method. Sometimes for larger orders we can accept bacs or bank transfer.
All of our online credit / Debit card transactions are handled by Worldpay (www.worldpay.com) and are 100% secure.

Delivery Information

Q :: What is the standard shipping method
A :: We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for all UK parcels (Unless extremely bulky) and we use 1st Class Airmail for all European and International Orders

Q :: What is the shipping cost?
A :: All orders are calculated on the weight of the items in the order. The standard price is £3.95 Roal Mail 24 Tracked for UK customers. For large items such as the Wrestling Rings, Figures, Plaques and such we have to take into account the packaging to make sure they arrive in perfect condition

Q :: What is the dispatch time?
A :: We normally dispatch the same or next working day

Q :: How long will it take to recieve my parcel?
A :: Once dispatched we have absolutely zero control over the time it takes to arrive with you. Please bear this in mind when contact us, we aren't the postal company, we have dispatched the item in good faith that the postal company will deliver as quick as possible

Q :: What happens if I haven't recieved my item?
A :: If reasonable time has passed and your item has not arrived, please drop us a line, either by email (sales@amerchandise.co.uk) or by Phone (023) 92652211 and we'll provide a tracking number (UK) or be able to confirm dispatch date and service. Please do not be aggressive or rude. As mentioned before we are not the courier or royal mail. We want you to recieve the item as fast as humanly possible and we do everything in our power for that to happen

Q :: I need a item urgently, do you offer any other postal services?
A :: Yes we do, please contact us by phone or email to discuss the best way forward


Q :: Do you supply Wholesale on your items?
A :: Yes, we supply many companies and wrestling schools with wholesale products

Returns Policy

Q :: What happens if the t-shirt / item I ordered doesn't fit? Can I return it?
A :: Yes, absolutely, if you wish to exchange for a different size then all we request is that you cover the return postage for us to send you the replacement item (£3.95 tracked delivery) which can be paid by card, cheque or paypal.

Please note the following details about the return

The items must be completely unworn and unused and must be in EXACTLY the same condition as they were sent to you, failure to return them in this condition or if they are judged to have been worn in anyway then the items will be returned to you at your expense (we will hold for 10 days before destroying should this not be paid) If the item, has been either stretched, worn, washed or comes back with hairs on it/odour - i.e smoke / cigarette smell. We will be unable to exchange. We require full packaging to accept a return. I.e cello bag or packing bag and this must be in good condition,

We are sorry to impose such stringent requirements but the amount of returns that come back in an unacceptable condition is becoming a huge problem

We cannot exchange items without prior communication or acceptance, if you return an item before contacting the returns department it will be refused.

Returns Policy

We here at Wrestlingstore.co.uk, hope that you are satisfied with each and every purchase so we make our returns policy simple.
If the goods we deliver are not what you ordered, are damaged, defective or the delivery is an incorrect quantity you must notify us of the problem within 30 days of receiving the order.
We can either offer a refund or replace the item for you. In line with UK Distance Selling Regulations you may return the goods to us in their original condition within 30 days of your order for a complete refund.
If you've received the wrong item or it's damaged we are happy to reimburse the postage costs incurred in returning the item.

For all sealed items, they must be returned unopened with the seal still intact. The goods need to be returned in mint condition with your unique order number and your name and address.
For your own protection we advise you to return items by recorded delivery.

Rejected Returns

If an item is returned that does not comply with terms and conditions, we will not be able to refund you. The item will be returned back to you at your expense.

You will be notified of this and other associated charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Your Statutory Rights

Where an item has a fault that was present when it was delivered, you have the right to reject it provided you do so reasonably quickly and, in any event you have the right to a repair or replacement (or a full or partial refund where repair or replacement is not available). These rights do not apply in respect of fair wear and tear, misuse, and accidental damage or where you decide you no longer want the item.
